They are seeking a Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, ensure production meets quality standards, and maintain equipment. The role involves following policies and procedures, communicating work status, and completing daily maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Operate one or more previously set up machines
Loading supplied programs
Run production to productivity and quality standard
Make adjustments and perform tool changes (Note: operator must demonstrate command of this expectation prior to making adjustments without supervision). All operators are expected to obtain this ability
Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards
Communicate work status
Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies
Maintain acceptable attendance
Any specifically assigned task
Qualification
Required
A proven track record in operation of CNC machines
Must be able to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments
Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes
Have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to gather information on job processes and report back to management with process improvements
Shop math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages)
Must possess blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
Lifting up to 50lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc
Must be able to stand for 10 hour work shift
Must be able to work with oils/coolants
Must be able to work in noisy environment
Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards
Communicate work status
Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies
Maintain acceptable attendance
Any specifically assigned task
