Maintain a minimum of 100+ dials / day, meeting all key metrics on talk time, meaningful conversations / day, enrollments, and conversion
Speak with warm leads interested in our programs
Run high-quality, consultative sales conversations
Help clients make confident decisions about investing in their growth
Enroll clients into Tony Robbins’ events
Operate inside a structured, high-performance sales system
Track results in our CRM
Participate in daily coaching and development
Qualification
Required
Inside sales / SDR / call center or performance-based experience preferred
Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
Competitive drive and resilience
Strong communication skills
Passion for growth and development
Must be able to work in-person in Scottsdale
