They are seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller, providing hands-on financial and program management support for budget formulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

Support OASN FM&C in budget planning, analysis, and reporting
Conduct in-depth financial analyses for funded and unfunded Navy budget requests
Produce detailed briefing decks and reports for senior leadership (SES/GS-15)
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and enterprise tools
Apply PBIS, ADVANA, and Navy ERP expertise to support PPBE Planning & Programming
Collaborate with cross-functional team members

Required

Active DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience with Navy Budget
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to produce Pentagon-level briefing decks
Hands-on experience creating reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations
Deep familiarity with Navy ERP, PBIS, ADVANA, and budget formulation processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leadership (SES/GS-15)
Team player; willing to collaborate, mentor, and wear multiple hats
