Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and compliantly
Structure deals to maximize profitability while protecting the customer experience
Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance requirements
Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain strong deal flow
Build relationships with lenders and product providers
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete deal documentation

Required

Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lenders, and compliance
Track record of consistent PVR and product penetration
Professional, customer-focused approach to sales
Strong organizational and communication skills
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
