Responsibilities

Represent and maintain the Lexus brand in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly
Process customer payments and credit card transactions
Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook
Assist the Sales Team with various administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants on a daily basis

Qualification

Required

High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Represent and maintain the Lexus brand in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
Direct incoming calls and forward them accordingly
Process customer payments and credit card transactions
Light bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel Workbook
Assist the Sales Team with various administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants on a daily basis
A team player with strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required

Preferred

Previous retail experience preferred
Proficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus
