Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, helpful solutions
Build strong and trustworthy relationships through clear and professional communication
Generate and document sales leads when appropriate
Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling and service targets
Manage customer complaints and follow through to ensure timely resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and service targets
Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
Experience working with CRM systems and customer service tools
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or client support
