Supporting small and mid-sized business clients in a fast-paced MSP environment
Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, backups, and security issues
Handling tickets end-to-end with accountability and clear communication
Working with clients both remotely and onsite as needed
Documenting systems, fixes, and improvements so we’re better tomorrow than today
Qualification
Required
Solid foundational IT knowledge (professional experience preferred, but mindset matters more)
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and networking
Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and best practices continuously
Professional communication with clients and teammates
Reliability, integrity, and personal responsibility
Preferred
