Responsibilities

Chase Growth Relentlessly:  Build and expand business with dealers, end-users, brokers, and A&D accounts, keeping your calendar packed with meaningful sales appointments every week
Be a Hunter, Not a Gatherer:  Identify, pursue, and close opportunities. You’re not waiting for the phone to ring; you’re making the calls, knocking on the doors, and setting up the meetings
Leverage Marketing as a Weapon:  Work proactively with the Marketing Director to spot and maximize opportunities. Translate digital marketing into real sales growth
Master the CRM:  Track every touchpoint in Zoho; who you met with, what opportunities surfaced, outcomes of the meeting, and next steps. Precision here drives strategy
Educate & Persuade:  Confidently present Friant’s solutions, run product demos, lead dealer training sessions, and facilitate showroom/factory tours
Strategize with Purpose:  Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans with leadership to hit and exceed goals
Build Fun, Lasting Relationships:  Bring charisma and authenticity to the table. Relationships are your currency, and you know how to make them stick
Adapt to the New Sales Landscape:  It’s not who you know anymore, it’s what you know, how well you use the tools, and how fast you adapt

Required

5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience
Bachelor's degree required
Track record of execution and growth
Strong MS Office skills; Zoho CRM experience a plus
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to transport product samples in personal vehicle
