Responsibilities
Manage GL, full cycle accounting and assist with financial reporting
Manage quarterly consolidated reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
Present financial results to leadership and drive process improvements
Maintain relationships with executives and internal teams such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IR and FP&A to ensure efficient and accurate information flow, alignment on timing of deliverables, and achievement of business objectives
Lead special projects while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Mentor and lead associate team members
Qualification
Required
at least 9-12 years of progressive experience
Financial reporting and analysis
Some technical accounting exposure such as ASC 606 and 842 (lease & revenue recognition)
In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
CPA
Big 4 Public/Tier 2 accounting foundation
Advanced Excel and GL reporting skills
Strong communicator who can partner across teams
Preferred
strongly prefer mix of public accounting with industry experience as an accounting manager or AC/controller
