Responsibilities

Develop and optimize thermal management systems for batteries, inverters, electric motors, and power electronics
Perform thermal simulations using ANSYS, GT-SUITE, and STAR-CCM+ under various operating and environmental conditions
Analyze cooling and heat transfer performance of radiators, heat exchangers, HVAC, and liquid cooling systems
Optimize battery thermal management for performance, safety, life, and range
Correlate simulation results with physical test data and sign off virtual performance
Collaborate with powertrain, electrical, and controls teams
Document results and recommend design improvements
