Senior LevelSnowGroup is a dynamic company focused on building the full-stack digital backbone for winter sports travel. They are looking for strong, autonomous designers to take ownership of critical design lanes as the company scales its product and expands its marketplace.

Responsibilities
Design production-ready interfaces (not concepts)
Work in Figma only (components, variants, systems)
Design for dynamic, stateful, front-end-driven products
Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (React / React Native)
Ship clean, modern, conversion-focused UI at speed
Design user journeys across travelers, groups, and vendors
Define flows for booking, group coordination, resale, accounts
Think in systems, not pages
Prototype and validate interaction patterns
Design landing pages, campaign assets, crowdfunding visuals
Translate brand into high-impact marketing surfaces
Maintain consistency while moving fast
Support storytelling, not just aesthetics
Create custom icons, illustration sets, UI accents
Design empty states, loyalty visuals, map cues, badges
Build and maintain component libraries in Figma
Define patterns used across multiple products
Improve handoff quality and velocity with engineering
Qualification
Required
Strong, autonomous designers who can take real ownership of critical design lanes
Ability to thrive in speed, ambiguity, and accountability
Experience in designing production-ready interfaces (not concepts)
Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, systems)
Experience designing for dynamic, stateful, front-end-driven products
Ability to collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (React / React Native)
Experience shipping clean, modern, conversion-focused UI at speed
Ability to design user journeys across travelers, groups, and vendors
Experience defining flows for booking, group coordination, resale, accounts
Ability to think in systems, not pages
Experience prototyping and validating interaction patterns
Ability to design landing pages, campaign assets, crowdfunding visuals
Experience translating brand into high-impact marketing surfaces
Ability to maintain consistency while moving fast
Experience supporting storytelling, not just aesthetics
Ability to create custom icons, illustration sets, UI accents
Experience designing empty states, loyalty visuals, map cues, badges
Ability to build and maintain component libraries in Figma
Experience defining patterns used across multiple products

Comfortable being early, messy, and accountable

Willingness to engage in a 4–8 week pilot
