Responsibilities
Receive and write orders from customers over the phone providing pricing, product, and delivery information
Service customers at the walk-in counter who may need information or product
Field phone and in-person inquiries providing pricing/quotes from established price books/lists and product information
Coordinate orders with yard personnel
Assist customers
Communicate order information and status to appropriate Account Managers
Participate in physical inventory
Maintain product knowledge
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur throughout the course of employment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of an Associate's degree or corresponding industry experience
Must have experience in the lumber industry in some capacity
