They are seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to support their Information Services department, providing hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, and cybersecurity initiatives during the summer of 2026.

Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations and support of IT Services teams
Work under the direction of lead team members, gaining increasing responsibilities
Providing technical support and troubleshooting - Supporting network and database administration
Participating in cybersecurity initiatives
Documenting IT processes and procedures
Shadowing experienced IT professionals for learning
Ability to manage work tasks and small projects utilizing software tools (e.g. MS Excel)
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree
General knowledge and/or interest in the following infrastructure systems: Microsoft Windows OS and Server, Linux Systems, OS deployment, Virtualization, LAN/WAN
Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems
Possesses a natural ability in the understanding of technology, ability to problem solve and works well in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment
Self-motivated, strong organizational and prioritization skills
Reside within reasonable commuting distance to our Headquarters in Morristown, NJ
