Business Development Partner (Commission Only)
Paradigms Consulting is a Houston-based management consulting firm working with senior leaders and executive teams to improve performance. The Business Development Partner will originate new advisory engagements, focusing on executive advisory work with CEOs, COOs, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and partnership opportunities through professional networks, referrals, and outbound outreach
Initiate and develop conversations with senior executives and decision makers
Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, and readiness
Coordinate introductions and handoffs for discovery and closing conversations
Maintain visibility on active conversations and outcomes
Track outreach, active conversations, and outcomes in a simple shared pipeline
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Comfort engaging senior leaders and decision makers
Sound judgment, discretion, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage outcomes
Preferred
Experience in B2B services, consulting, or enterprise environments
