Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of complex individual and business tax returns and planning engagements
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, practical tax guidance
Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and staff workflow
Conduct tax research and develop planning strategies and technical guidance
Mentor and review work of staff; contribute to training and development
Coordinate with senior leadership on engagement strategy and client service delivery
Assist with IRS and state agency inquiries as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or EA required
5+ years of progressive tax experience with review and planning responsibility
Experience with complex individual and business tax returns
Strong communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role
High ethical standards and a collaborative, professional mindset
Preferred
Master's in Tax preferred
