Tommy’s Express Car Wash is a rapidly growing company seeking friendly, hospitality-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, educate them on services, and help create a positive experience while maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a smile

Educate guests on car wash services, packages, and memberships

Promote membership sign-ups and explain the benefits of being a member

Help customers use our mobile app

Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns

Keep the customer area clean and organized

Work closely with teammates during busy hours

Qualification

Required

Hospitality-focus and passion about great customer service

Energetic, reliable, and a true team player

Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)

Reliable transportation

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Able to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs.)

Willing to kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed

Able to safely enter and move around a service pit (about 4 feet below ground) for cleaning and maintenance tasks

Preferred

Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish
