Inside Sales / Project Manager

ABET LAMINATI North America is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Manager who will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. The role involves managing customer inquiries, orders, and project timelines while working closely with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, with professionalism and courtesy and within a timely manner
Accurately prepare and track quotes and respond to prospective customers inquiries
Utilizing our CRM to track the customer’s project lifecycle and proactively notifying them of required next steps
Help manage the customer’s construction timeline while setting the correct expectations for manufacturing
Collecting the most accurate documentation and uploading it into our CRM for our engineers to do proper material takeoffs
Accurately quoting material while understanding what you are quoting
Being able to project manage your projects while using the CRM system to know exactly where they are in the quoting or order process
Entering new customers, collecting tax certificates, creating deposit invoices and final payment invoices. You will need to communicate with your customers on any current orders without payment
Entering sample requests into the CRM system and alerting the sales representative and regional managers of a new lead for them to follow-up
Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating as necessary
Working as a liaison between departments to provide timely updates to customers
Assist in maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on new products and services as well as any changes. Being proactive in understanding if a product request or services are no longer available or changed and effectively communicating it with your customers while supplying them with options before it becomes an issue
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
Self-starter, self-motivated
1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, willing to train
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, organized with strong problem-solving skills
Enjoy building rapport with clients and sales representatives
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Team player with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction while having Abet Laminati's best interest
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
