They are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to manage client interactions and support the veterinary team.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients with a warm and professional greeting
Manage client check-ins/check-outs efficiently
Answer and direct multiple phone lines
Schedule appointments for exams, grooming, and boarding
Process, scan, and fax important documents
Provide client education on pet care and nutrition
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional lobby area
Support kennel technicians during busy boarding seasons
Assist veterinary technicians when needed (e.g., preparing vaccines, nail trims, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Positive and professional attitude
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Customer service experience (veterinary or medical office experience a plus)
Comfortable working with animals of all sizes
Reliable and team-oriented
