Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in project management and client engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Understanding of IT services, consulting, or cloud solutions (depending on industry)
