Sr US International Shipping Specialist
Federal Express Corporation is a leading logistics and transportation company, and they are seeking a Sr US International Shipping Specialist. This role involves ensuring the efficient movement and clearance of export freight while managing freight held in-bond and creating necessary shipping documents.

Responsibilities
Create export shipping documents including AWB, Commercial Invoice, EEI filing, USMCA and request the Certification of Origin (COO)
Communicate with customer, operations, sales, Regulatory and Legal to ensure proper and efficient documentation
Educate customers on creating shipping documents within FedEx.com through websharing
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Eighteen (18) months work experience in the international transportation, freight forwarding or brokerage industry
Knowledge of COSMOS, K2, EPOS, VISA, FAMIS, ECIS, ESRG, etc., and strong pc software applications, i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, etc. required
Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and procedures required
Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrent training
Good human relations and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and prioritizing skills
Working knowledge of international shipping paperwork and procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a constant state of alertness and multitask efficiently
Preferred
Domicile location: INDY Hub or MEM HUB
Must reside within fifty (50) miles radius of Indy, IN or Mem, TN
