Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires for multiple sub departments across the company
Managing background checks, MVRs and conditional offers for candidates being pushed through the pre-employment screening process
Responsible for pushing through all new hires to active in HRIS after receiving roll call from trainers and updating ATS to display accuracy for attendance
Collaborate with internal departments such as Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operational departments to ensure seamless onboarding processes for all new hires and optimize onboarding workflows
Review background checks and conditional offers with the utmost discretion
Attend weekly leadership meetings to further develop your career path

Required

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring every step of the onboarding process is executed accurately and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal staff and new hires
Ability to juggle multiple onboarding tracks while adapting quickly and pivoting in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
