Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Events, ED team, Design, procurement, Finance team, etc, to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in the execution and management of marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Oversee mediabuy campaigns, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders to align with strategic objectives. Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables by monitoring progress and maintaining compliance with agreement terms
Lead procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, vendor contract management, task assignments, and oversight of deliverables to ensure timely completion
Define project scope and objectives, forecast resource requirements, and manage resources effectively to achieve goals
Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors
Track and analyze project and campaign costs to ensure alignment with budgets
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, communicating strategies, progress, and adjustments
Utilize blockchain industry knowledge to contribute to the development and execution of projects, campaigns, and strategies
Apply industry best practices, standards, and innovative techniques throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with designers, developers, UX/UI experts, and other internal teams to ensure project goals are met
Handle diverse tasks as needed to support operational and strategic goals
Draft marketing materials and proposals
Manage and maintain websites
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the tech or crypto industry, with at least 1 year of hands-on crypto experience
Strong understanding of the blockchain industry, including knowledge of trends, protocols, and ecosystem dynamics
Ability to support and manage marketing and mediabuy campaigns, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals
Familiarity with vendor management and contract oversight
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., PPT/Google Slides, Excel, Asana, or similar tools)
Hands-on experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, with a track record of meeting scope, budget, and timeline expectations
Excellent people management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
Proven ability to measure campaign and project performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement
