Senior Sales Manager – Property Management / Multifamily (Appliances)
J Recruiting Services is seeking a Senior Sales Manager focused on selling appliances into multifamily and property management portfolios across Southern California. The role requires experienced sales professionals to manage relationships and drive contract-based sales, emphasizing long-term partnerships and operational strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships within the multifamily and property management ecosystem
Drive contract-based appliance sales and recurring revenue across assigned accounts
Own the full sales cycle within your book of business, from opportunity identification through contract execution
Identify expansion opportunities within existing portfolios and accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to property management partners on appliance strategy and lifecycle planning
Operate autonomously in a market-focused role with responsibility for territory performance
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling into multifamily, property management, or related B2B channels
Experience with contract-based, non-retail sales and long-term account ownership
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Preferred
Appliance sales experience strongly preferred
An existing book of business in the Southern California multifamily or property management market is strongly preferred
Candidates with experience selling other building products into multifamily or property management environments are also encouraged to apply, including: Flooring, Paint and coatings, Tile and surfaces, Cabinetry, Fixtures or other interior building products
