This role involves assisting with design coordination, drawing package preparation, and project documentation while working closely with senior engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities
Review customer-supplied drawings, specifications, standards, and input documents under guidance from senior engineers to understand basic project requirements
Assist in preparing and updating submittal drawing packages based on project-specific requirements
Support site lighting design and basic structural design tasks with training provided
Help track project schedules to support timely submittals and release to production
Maintain organized records of customer requirements, project documentation, and revisions
Assist with gathering and clarifying missing information in coordination with sales, engineering, production, and quality teams
Support responses to customer Requests for Information (RFIs) under supervision
Participate in internal and customer meetings to observe, learn, and support project coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by assisting with documentation accuracy and process consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Entry-level candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply
Interest in learning structural design of steel monopoles, lighting systems, and basic electrical concepts
Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and 2D drawings with guidance
Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn in a team environment
Good communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience or coursework using AutoCAD or comparable drafting software
