Responsibilities
Work with ArcLight’s customers to inventory needs, design approaches, and execute tailored Organizational Change Management, Communication, and / or Training campaigns
Serve as an industry leading subject matter specialist in change, communications, and training to build trust with teams and project stakeholders
Partner with all levels of leadership and employee groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies
Plan, develop, and deliver communication campaigns by writing effectively and with impact, tailoring content to intended audiences
Demonstrate strong facilitation skills and proven ability to persuade and influence others in a positive direction
Work across multiple projects and handle various priorities at the same time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in consulting, Oracle HCM Cloud, change management, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or another related field
Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Comfortable creating training materials including training guides and micro-videos
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time, can be based anywhere in the United States
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and be able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire
Preferred
Video production experience, tools a plus, i.e., Camtasia, Clip Champ
Prosci Certification a plus
