Responsibilities
Operate the following equipment based on the requirements of the project: Blade, Dozer, Loader, Scraper, Forklift/Telehandler, Crane, Bobcat/Skid-steer, Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts, Roller
Follow prescribed safety regulations
Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
Follow work plans and pre-task cards
Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel
Assist in schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job
Analyze and resolve work problems
Ensure crew timecards are filled out and turned in
Supervise, coordinate and direct work of Operators
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
All other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to work independently
