Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling property descriptions, marketing collateral, social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines
Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing and updating the company website, various online listings, and social media platforms. Monitor digital marketing performance and contribute to optimization efforts
Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including open house promotions, new listing announcements, and community engagement initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors as needed for photography, videography, and other marketing services
Database and CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating targeted marketing efforts
Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for enhanced marketing strategies
Transactional Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation and organization of client-related paperwork for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This includes supporting the team with documentation essential for property listings and closings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
Preferred
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
