Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers (local candidates strongly preferred)
Who We Want:
Licensed Advisors or professionals with proven business development experience and inclination towards sales & prospecting
Strong natural markets, well-connected/involved in their communities, and able to tap into natural markets for business opportunities
Entrepreneurial person energized by mentorship & collaboration
Required Licensure:
State Insurance License – Florida Life and Health (2-15)
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA exam
FINRA Series 7 & 66 registration
Or some comparable mix of licensure / ability to obtain
Compensation:
Supplemental salary + commissions, payouts, bonuses & rewards programs

Required
