Responsibilities
Greet customers immediately upon receiving paperwork
Set reasonable expectation for time of completion to the guest
Secure each deal and reassure guest they are making the best decision through working with the dealership
Briefly inform guest about the history of the organization to establish trust
Execute an ownership experience presentation that encompasses all products offered by the dealer – This will be learned through on-the-job training
Finalize all documents quickly and accurately to secure financing with financial institution assigned to deal
Qualification
Required
Ensure good customer service scores
Communicate transparently and ethically
Be a team player and leader throughout the dealership
Pass a background check and drug test before beginning work
