Responsibilities
Provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care
Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
Empower BTs to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
Have the opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours
Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV
Have full control over when and where to supervise cases
Focus on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
