Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end ocean export operations, managing shipments from booking through final documentation
Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, trucking providers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution
Prepare and process all export documentation including Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, and related paperwork
Manage customer communication, providing proactive updates and resolving shipment issues as they arise
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service quality
Support and manage export accounts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in ocean export operations within a freight forwarding environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Motivated professional who is willing to grow with the company
Preferred
Experience working with automotive accounts is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred
