Required

Demonstrated experience training nonprofit organizations, especially mid-sized or growing teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP and common nonprofit data models
Proven ability to train cross-functional teams (Development, Programs, Operations) with different use cases
Focus on workflow design and productivity, not just data entry or reporting
Experience training fundraising teams on CRM best practices, campaign management, and donor pipelines
Ability to translate Salesforce into practical, day-to-day tools that make staff work easier
Strong change-management and adult-learning approach (hands-on, role-based, real-world examples)
