Client Service Specialist
Gates Pass Advisors is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support daily operations and enhance client experience. The role involves managing client information, providing administrative support, and contributing to process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients
Manage and update client information, tasks, and workflows within the firm’s CRM system (Advisor Engine preferred)
Provide general administrative support including filing, document organization, and email management
Schedule and manage calendars and support all aspects of advisor meetings, including planning, logistics, and follow-up
Assist the Operations Manager and Operations Team with day-to-day operational and administrative needs
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure tasks and requests are completed in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to process improvement efforts and operational projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in client service, administrative, or operations role in financial services experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of CRM systems (Advisor Engine preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Competency with Adobe tools for viewing, editing, or preparing documents
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and timely follow through on task management
Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
Self motivated to work independently and manage daily priorities
Experience interacting with clients at a high level of professionalism
