Sales Account Executive
W3Global is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to build and grow a book of business within the financial and banking sector. This role focuses on new business development, territory management, and long-term relationship building with community banks, credit unions, and related financial institutions.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business within an assigned Indiana territory
Build and expand a sustainable book of business through outbound sales and relationship management
Generate and manage leads, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
Conduct sales presentations and solution-based discussions with financial institution stakeholders
Develop tailored solutions based on client operational needs
Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
Experience building and managing a book of business
Familiarity with the financial banking industry, credit unions, or related financial services
Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and closing skills
CRM experience and comfort managing sales activity and reporting
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within a territory
Preferred
Experience selling financial technology, banking equipment, automation, or related solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience selling into community banks or credit unions
