Responsibilities
Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Translate operational and client needs into clear product specs, tickets, and documentation for engineering
Manage and support client data migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., Mindbody, ClubReady, ABC Fitness)
Clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets using Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL/MySQL
Build and maintain client KPI dashboards using BI tools such as Looker and Drop’s internal web app
Define, standardize, and validate metrics across members, memberships, revenue, utilization, and migration outcomes
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate documentation, prototyping, automation, and analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, leadership, and clients to ship reliable, scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in product, analytics, operations, implementation, or similar roles
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleanup)
Experience with BI tools such as Looker (or similar platforms)
Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflows
Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
