Product Expertise Deep understanding of wealth management products such as investment portfolios, estate planning, tax optimization, trust Services, insurance advisory, and retirement planning, Alternate Investment
Client Platforms Experience with Client Online, Advisor Desktop, and Client Associate Servicing Portal platforms, including workflow and operations support
Program Leadership Proven track record of working on complex programs involving CRM systems, account onboarding, e-delivery consent, and regulatory compliance
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with advisors, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of business rules and client servicing enhancements
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of wealth management products such as investment portfolios, estate planning, tax optimization, trust Services, insurance advisory, and retirement planning, Alternate Investment
Experience with Client Online, Advisor Desktop, and Client Associate Servicing Portal platforms, including workflow and operations support
Proven track record of working on complex programs involving CRM systems, account onboarding, e-delivery consent, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with advisors, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of business rules and client servicing enhancements
Familiarity with platforms like D365, Salesforce, Portfolio Analytics, and data modeling tools
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
Strong capability in financial analysis, risk assessment, and scenario modeling for high-net-worth clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred
Preferred certifications include CFA, CFP, FRM, or other financial industry credentials that validate domain expertise
