Responsibilities
Bring new clients into our program by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships
Lead and execute business development strategies to grow our admissions pipeline
Maintain an active presence in the community and consistently follow up with referral sources
Coordinate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Track and report performance metrics related to referrals, outreach, and marketing impact
Continuously identify new growth opportunities and partnerships in the region
Qualification
Required
Strong background in the behavioral health space—specifically PHP/IOP
Experience in business development
Ability to develop and nurture strong referral relationships
Experience in executing business development strategies
Active presence in the community
Ability to coordinate closely with admissions and clinical teams
Experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics related to referrals, outreach, and marketing impact
Ability to identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
