Responsibilities
Prepare and manage pricing quotes for standard, custom, and one-off customer requests using established pricing tools and templates
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Sales to validate cost inputs, service details, and assumptions for quotes
Maintain pricing and quote records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and traceability of all submissions
Analyze quote results (win/loss, margin) and provide feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement
Ensure pricing proposals comply with company policies, procedures, and approval limits
Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline quote development and turnaround time
Communicate pricing assumptions and limitations clearly to internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
0 – 3 years of experience in pricing, quoting, or financial analysis
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot preferred
