Law Practice
Responsibilities
Intake, Evaluate, Manage, and Litigate workers’ compensation matters
Attend and Defend Depositions
Analyze medical reports and ratings; coordinate with DEU and medical-legal providers
Manage case strategy and provide clear communication with clients
Case Appearances in court
Collaborate with firm staff and legal team
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar License (Required)
Self-motivated and capable of managing caseload
Strong knowledge of Law
Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
Professional and courteous candidate to all points of contact including colleagues, clients, and court staff
Experience in conducting thorough research
Proficient in Negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Preferred
Prior applicant-side experience is not required. We value strong WC fundamentals, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in building a long-term practice on the applicant side
