InternMercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. This intern position will work closely with the Mercedes-Benz USA SWT IT Support Team for analyzing/enhancing the current SAP processes and managing documentation as required.

Responsibilities
Assist the SWT IT Support Team in conducting business requirement studies
Support the SWT IT Support Team in reviewing Mercedes Benz’s existing SAP system and provide recommendations and improvements based on features and functions requested
Resolve routine tickets by following documented instructions and standard procedures
Escalate exceptions or non-routine issues to the appropriate team members
Maintain task logs and provide regular status updates for reporting and audit purposes
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Basic knowledge of SAP
Eager to learn and have strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) major
Familiarity with common data and analytics tools (such as Excel or SQL) would be a plus, but not mandatory
