Should be accurate and efficient
Ticket creation for the plan
Able to recognize and follow-up with customer order errors
Receive and keep track of all company purchase orders and credit card
Work with CS and management to solve problems and correct order discrepancies
Monitor emails for short order notice changes
Ensure workspace is clean and free of debris
Create spreadsheets with demands based on customers' orders
Report errors in orders / late orders
Appropriately communicate problems
Be a team player
