Responsibilities

Own the Property Management channel strategy, including growth targets, segmentation, and go-to-market approach
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Management sales professionals
Drive revenue growth, margin discipline, and consistent execution across the channel
Establish clear KPIs, pipeline expectations, and accountability standards
Expand penetration with local, regional, and national property management organizations
Partner closely with operations and leadership to align service, supply, and customer expectations
Spend regular time in the field with customers and sales teams to support execution and relationship development

Required

Proven experience leading a B2B sales channel selling into property management, multifamily, or adjacent verticals
Demonstrated success building or scaling sales teams and delivering sustained growth
Strong understanding of relationship-based, contract-driven sales models
Experience working with regional or national accounts and portfolio-based customers
Data-driven leadership style with comfort owning forecasts, KPIs, and performance management
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution

Preferred

Experience in appliance distribution or related building products preferred
Experience leading teams that sell into property management companies
Experience leading teams that sell into multifamily operators
Experience leading teams that sell into asset managers or owner-operators
Prior responsibility for multi-market or regional sales leadership

Benefits

Target Annual Bonus: 20 percent of base salary
Additional Uncapped Bonus Opportunity: Based on Property Management channel growth and performance
Competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential tied directly to growth
