They are seeking a dual-threat NetSuite Administrator & Implementation Specialist to lead the transition to NetSuite and manage the system long-term, focusing on implementation support and ongoing administration.

Responsibilities
Work with department heads to map existing business processes (Accounting, Sales, Supply Chain) to NetSuite functional areas
Lead the cleansing, mapping, and importing of legacy data into NetSuite using CSV imports
Assist in the setting up of the Chart of Accounts, Subsidiary records and custom segments
Create UAT scripts and coordinate with end-users to ensure the system meets business requirements before Go-Live
Build a customized internal "Knowledge Base" of training manuals and SOPs specific to our instance
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and Saved Searches
Create and manage SuiteFlow (Workflows) to automate manual approvals and business processes
Design sophisticated Dashboards, KPIs, and Financial Reports for executive leadership
Oversee third-party integrations and troubleshoot API/connector sync errors
Manage the bi-annual NetSuite release cycle, testing new features in the Sandbox environment before they hit Production
Qualification
Required
3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience
Expert-level knowledge of Saved Searches and Financial Reports
Strong command of SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data migration and reconciliation
Ability to translate 'accounting speak' into 'technical requirements' and vice versa
Preferred
Previous experience in at least one full lifecycle NetSuite implementation is highly preferred
Familiarity with SuiteScript (JavaScript) is a major plus (though you don't need to be a full developer)
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a strong advantage
