Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans leading project teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs
Develop, lead, motivate, and manage high performance project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Proactively identify and mitigate project and product risks, developing mitigation plans as needed
Clearly communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership
Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep projects on track
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints
Develop and implement effective project management methodologies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Maintain compliance with corporate Quality Management System policies and procedures including any required SOPs, Work Instructions and Templates
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management roles
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial Laboratory Information System (LIS or LIMS) deployment projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Deep sense of accountability for all aspects of a project and the tenaciousness to drive tasks to their completion
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha, Azure DevOps, Digital Whiteboards)
A bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
Preferred
Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic industry experience preferred
