Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault solutions
Analyze and map existing data sources to the Veeva Vault structure
Develop and implement data migration strategies, tools, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data migration and system discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Deep and strong experience with Veeva Vault configuration and implementation
Clear understanding of Veeva Vault Architecture
Experience with SaaS cloud solutions and technology releases
Proficiency in Java or Python
Skilled in grooming requirements in JIRA and leading architecture, design, and strategies
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues and discrepancies
Expert knowledge of the Veeva data model, including documents, records, and metadata
In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and tools for effective data migration
Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Life Sciences CPG domain projects and SDLC documentation for GxP projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage pressure
Attention to detail and organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines

Preferred

First-hand experience of working with Veeva Vault Quality
Experience with Quality Management processes (NC, CAPA, Change, Audit, Complaints, etc.) in the Life Sciences CPG industry
Familiarity with data verification and regulatory compliance in data handling
Understanding of data quality assessment and cleansing methodologies
