Responsibilities
Own daily, weekly, and monthly installed revenue targets
Plan, schedule, and coordinate installations to maximize capacity and efficiency
Recruit, train, and manage installation crews and supervisors
Enforce quality standards, installation processes, and manufacturer requirements
Ensure every job is fully ready before install day (scope, materials, labor, site conditions)
Order materials accurately and manage vendor relationships
Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and job staging
Resolve field issues, warranty items, and installer performance issues
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Installation
Build and continuously improve production systems and workflows
Track metrics, update CRM, and report production performance clearly
Participate in leadership meetings and growth planning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read plans, layouts, measurements, and job specs
Comfortable using CRM systems, cloud tools, and mobile technology
High personal accountability — you own the result
Calm, direct communicator who doesn't avoid hard conversations
Valid driver's license and schedule flexibility
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Remodeling, bath, flooring, or construction production experience
Warehouse or inventory management experience
Process improvement or operations leadership background
