Event Coordinator
Horizon Point Marketing is seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously arranged and executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
Collaborate with clients to determine their event needs and objectives
Research and book venues, catering, and other event-related services
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
Coordinate logistics, including timelines, equipment rentals, and transportation
Create and distribute promotional materials to promote events and increase attendance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
