Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations
Engage face-to-face with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and campaign engagement
Communicate key marketing messages clearly and professionally
Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to meet performance goals
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
Qualification
Required
Interest in event marketing, promotions, communications, or brand marketing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
