Mid LevelStrata Networks is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join their subsidiary, Spectra. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while promoting safety and mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide variety of electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and industry standards
Train and mentor apprentice electricians
Promote and maintain strong safety practices on every job
Operate tools, company vehicles, and large motorized vehicles as required
Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule
Complete and submit accurate documentation of work performed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active Electrical Journeyman License
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical manuals
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
