Responsibilities
Engage daily with stakeholders, project team members, and organizational staff
Attend virtual and in-person project meetings regularly
Manage project performance metrics and record data in designated systems
Ensure compliance with established project management standards and methodologies
Coordinate project calendars and facilitate scheduling
Conduct status briefings for internal and external audiences, including oversight committees
Oversee risk management processes and implement corrective actions when necessary
Review vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, and status reports
Qualification
Required
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Documented experience in risk management
Successful completion of a large-scale project ($5M or more)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and methodologies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
